Hi I know it says Nick Parker at the top but this is Vicky Parker. Anyway just to say what a wonderful salon Vanessa's is. Paul does my hair and he is absolutely wonderful I wouldn't go anywhere else I trust him completely. Vanessa and all the girls are lovely and it feels like a home from home whilst there. I also get my nails done and that is brilliant too. Vicky xxxx

I went to Vanessa’s for the first time today, I was a bit nervous at first but Paul soon put me at ease, He made me laugh so much it was a great experience and did a fantastic job with my hairWill definitely be going back and would highly recommendThank you so much Paul

I have been a customer at Vanessa's for quite some time now. I visit the salon every two to three weeks and decided to have a set of acrylic nails done by Amy. I had them on just 24 hours and one snapped completely in half! It was half an hour before closing for Christmas and I rang desperate to have the nail replaced. I was told sorry it is out of my control by Amy. I was wrapping presents, nothing heavy! I was told I could have an appointment in 5 days time, 2 days after Christmas!! I think their customer service is diabolical. Avoid at all costs. I was able to peel the other half of the nail off myself which was so thin it snaps when I bend it! Thanks for nothing Vanessa's! I won't be returning.

The service here is absolutely amazing, I never thought I would be a regular when I just turned up for a one time waxing session" pre-holiday. Now I go for monthly back exfoliating sessions too and its absolutely amazing. All the staff here are so attentive

I had put off going to the hairdressers for over two years. I was in need of a good chop and wanted to go darker, to get rid of my brassy blonde balayage. Paul did an amazing job at creating the perfect, low maintenance, bouncy hairstyle. I can honestly say I’ve never laughed so much during a hair appointment. The whole team are so friendly and welcoming. I will be using them again!

Me and my family all come here. My stylist is Daisy who is absolutely amazing with colour and styling, and my mum and husband love the services provided by Paul and Vanessa. The massages are amazing too! We are made to feel so comfortable, welcome and relaxed when we are there and they always do an amazing job with our colours and styling. We cannot recommend them enough!

The service here is impeccable. I haven't been this impressed for a VERY long time.I had my hair done in an up do for a wedding I was attending in the area. It looked amazing and I was treated like a Queen.If I was local I would be a regular customer.

Having been to numerous hairdressers when I moved from N Wales to Neston I finally found Vanessa's . My stylist, Kirsty does my hair exactly how I like it .She gives me sound advice and cuts and colours my hair in a professional , expert manner AND the price is right!!
