Spoke to Sara over an issue which in relatives terms was a small claims matter that didn’t warrant involving solicitors. Regardless of that, Sara was extremely helpful going out of her way to offer the best advice possible. Many solicitors don’t show any interest or indeed offer any help unless you pay them from the start. Sara was the complete opposite. Very professional and very polite, can’t thank her enough.

I do not recommend this office at all. I went to them and paid 36 pounds, only for advice, and when I asked them, they did not give me any satisfactory answer،Also, before I go, they told me that your time is 30 minutes, but when I went, he didn't talk to me for more than five minutes, very shameful.

I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. I called to book an appointment for the purposes of having a commissioner of oath sign a document for myself and partner. The receptionist kept talking over me, not listening to what I was asking. After we finally discussed what I required, I was told the details would be sent to me via email to confirm. After I didn’t receive the confirmation, I emailed to confirm the appointment to which I had a response saying that the appointment had been booked for a name change on a deed which is not what I requested an appointment for. The morning of my appointment I received a call shortly after 9am confirming my appointment which was booked for 11am. Considering I had to travel with my partner as the document is for both of us, we purchased train tickets from Kent into London. Shortly after we boarded the train, we received another call from reception saying that the appointment can not go ahead in central London as the solicitor who was going to meet us at 11am had to attend an urgent meeting and that we would have to travel to Upton to meet another solicitor there. I was annoyed considering we have just spent £60 on train tickets and I’ve booked just enough time off to attend the scheduled meeting. I asked for the address details to be sent to me on email. About 10 minutes later I received another call from reception who was calling to confirm the original appointment. I was confused and said that we had a call earlier to say the meeting can no longer take place at the Edgware Road office. She then backtracked and said that’s correct and that the meeting was moved to Upton due to a family emergency. At this stage, I lost interest. Between being messed around, the poor communication and the number of spelling mistakes in correspondence, I was no longer going to entertain Adam Bernard. Just awful service and poorly trained staff.

Very good Experience and excellent service from Adam Bernards solicitor! I honestly appreciate the services received. Specifically with our solicitor Mahfuz, i went with my partner and he help us trough the process to get my partner leave to remain visa! Mahfuz was very professional and extremely helpful he took our case and worked on it with excellent results. Cannot thank him enough! We are very grateful. Very nice Experience and excellent service Mr Patrick Apraku. I honestly appreciate the services received when I became hopeless and I didn't know what to do. I was having difficulties in reaching out to him and sometimes he was not returning my calls but whenever I visited him in his office, he was nice and kind prepared to listen to me and in fact, he took my case and worked on it with excellent results.
