Poor payers. They will stick to you having to wait for 21 days policy which when a person has paid out for fares out of their own pocket and not compensated is just rude as is their response to a request for payment after waiting 2 weeks. Lots better companies out there. Swerve this lot.

Appalling customer service, the Lady whom I spoke with was extremely rude. And could not answer a simple question, before calls are places you should have all relevant information. I have not been in the UK for the past 5 months so to be contacted with such hostility is puzzling.

Engaged with me shortly after I replied to their research email. I completed all the questions was kept fully informed and participated in the research at their clients location. The client zipped my money directly to my bank account before the stated up to 21 days before you get paid. Mrs was happy. Easy to deal with.

Amazing, company. Andrea who runs it is really helpful, particularly if you are worried about taking on a market research. And you never have to chase up being paid, because if you dont get paid they dont get paid so brand research always make sure of it. I would honestly encourage anyone to take part. Not only do you earn money you actually learn a lot through the market research. The fact i heard about Brand Research by word of mouth says it all

If I could give this company -5 I will. The customer service is disgusting. A lady called me today and she was so rude when I asked for a call back as I was at work, she stated they do not do call backs in an aggressive and rude tone!I will never trust a company that has such low regards towards potential customers feels very much like a scam ! DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM !
