Came in today on the 25th st 1 o clock looking for a pair of boots for both casual and smart and was really happy with customer service provided and the product itself. Big thanks to the assistant who helped us. Will definitely be coming back in the future. The assistant was super helpful and should get a raise

I really rate sketchers footwear its good value for your money, so comfortable to walk, running for me driving, as for looks brill. Staff really friendly and helpful.

My parents went in to purchase a pair of specific trainers in a half size which they was told that they can get in store by a previous member of staff and the 3 staff which were working was more interested in their conversation then helping them .They left and purchased a pair from else where cheaper with better customer service

Visited to browse what offers they might have. Nothing appealed to me and the reductions were minimal. Was surprised how expensive some of the range is now. Over £100 for some and they are fabric and rubber not leather like traditional shoes.

Second time this week I have been in as the first time I didn’t feel the lady was able to accurately fit my daughters shoes size. Went in today, the gentleman barely communicated, only to what I had asked. Very poor customer service, was hoping to purchase some much needed trainers for my daughter today but after being told she was a size 2, 2 days ago and today being told she is a 1… I don’t know what to buy. I thought 7 year olds were meant to grow, not shrink?
