Amazing work from Jack for a few projects, big and small. He’s such a talented and skilled multi-trade builder, including demolition, carpentry, amazing plastering (dry-lining and full plasterwork), plumbing, kitchen assembly, floor laying, and sorting all the fiddly details that comes with an older property. All from one person! He was such a pleasant chap to have around, he always appeared when he said he would and put in a solid day’s work every time.

Jack installed a new kitchen for me and laid a wood floor in my sitting room.It’s always a good sign when people turn up when they say they will and Jack did that and then worked diligently and professionally until the job was finished.I’m delighted with the outcome, the kitchen looks great thanks to Jack’s commitment to getting things right. I am delighted to provide a recommendation for Jack. He has recently updated our kitchen. Works involved changing the worktop, creating a space for a tumble dryer, changing an oven and hob ( Jack has arrange a gas engineer to connect it) and sink+tap fitting as well as a socket relocation. I was very impressed with Jack from the day he visited to provide a quote for a few jobs in our flat. He was professional and polite. He took a significant time to measure everything and provided advice. He was very helpful throughout the process, advising on the type of worktop and appliances. When I realised that the 4m worktops are too big to be brought to the flat from outside, he has rearranged the day of fitting to make sure all is sorted for us. We are very happy with the work he has done. Communication with Jack was excellent, he responds quickly and provided explanations. He was punctual and sent notifications if he was earlier than intended. I have already booked his services for a bathroom update.

We had Jack to redo our kitchen, replace windows and renovate a few rooms. We are very pleased with the job. Everything was carried out professionally and on time. The job was completed to a high standard, and once finished the place was cleaned up before leaving.When difficulties arose during the requested job, Jack always found solutions and produced a very satisfactory outcome. Jack did a fantastic job renovating our new Kev’s Class Centre in Kingsknowe. He always has such a great attitude and is honest about how long things will take and how much they will cost. I was extremely happy with the work that he did for me including painting, general repairs and more.
