Came to Cardiff with my parents and decided to treat ourselves to a Baskin Robbins in this Millie’s as there aren’t many here in the UK. We were met by the most unenthusiastic member of staff (man with glasses) who gave off a clear ‘I do not want to be here’ vibe. My dad asked if they had normal wafer cones as he doesn’t like the waffle style and the staff member was quite rude stating he’d never even heard of that kind - he could have easily said the type on display was all they had. The whole encounter was awkward and we left disheartened. The ice cream itself was okay, but was clearly older as there were substantial ice lumps in all of our scoops. I had a small waffle cone and the cone itself was clearly stale, but at that point we decided to leave it rather than go back as we knew we wouldn’t have had a good experience speaking to the member of staff again.

Never had a bad word to say about Millie’s cookies, went to Cardiff for the first time ever and had to get a shake and Ashley from the Cardiff store was rude. 10 minute wait for 2 shakes, never had to wait that long. Wasn’t polite at all, didn’t smile, just rude all in all, definitely won’t be coming to the Cardiff one again, although the lady serving was lovely, wish we had got served by her!

Came on here to see if others felt the same and I wasn't wrong, the attitude of the guy with glasses is appalling. He acts as if he is doing you a favour if you make a purchase. His attitude stinks and is always so moody, reluctant to answer any questions and generally has a negative persona. I used to spend at least £30 a week here for my workplace but now I don't go here and won't do ever again. This guy is bringing down your sales massively, sort it out!

Bought a couple of cookies and cookie cakes today. I bought them also last week and felt both cookies weren't that tasty. It was quite annoying that the lady put a cookie cake in a paper bag that is very awkward to carry once purchased especially since it's decorated with cream and flake. This needs improvement.Wouldn't return anymore and wouldn't recommend sadly.
