At last I have found a garage I can trust which is hard nowadays. Staff very polite and friendly and explained in thorough detail and also showed me what was wrong. Nothing was too much trouble. Extremely good prices compared to other garages and it is great to know I am not being ripped off anymore. Daughter and mother's cars also being booked in and will certainly recommend to all friends and family.Thank you STC for restoring my faith in humanity and garages.

STC were brilliant.Car was in for a new clutch - as diagnosed by the main dealer. The garage was competitively priced, the staff were polite and professional communication was excellent and they could deal with the repair in a timely manner. Most importantly they did not charge me for a whole new clutch plus dual mass flywheel which they originally quoted for. The mechanic realised it was a simpler and cheaper problem and so charged me a lot less than he could have done. I was very pleased with such honesty and integrity.

My partner left her car with the garage to get her MOT done and posted the keys in an envelope through the door of the garage. They then lost the keys and refused to pay for the replacement, it was clearly seen on CCTV that she had put the keys through their letterbox in an envelope however they claim that there was no envelope on the property even though there is video proof of it. Would not recommend, are not apologetic for their own wrong doing and still haven’t offered a replacement.

Incredible service from an expert team. Went well beyond being a good garage - saved our family holiday by working hard and fast to sort out problems with a VW campervan. Highly recommended - really grateful to the whole team who are all really knowledgeable, friendly and delivered amazing results

Really helpful staff. I work in the building opposite and had a slow puncture turn into a fast one. I needed to leave for a meeting and couldn’t get covered in oil and dirt, so they put my spare wheel on for me in no time at all.

New clutch and flywheel. Was never going to be cheap but was very competitive, fit me in very quickly ,finished earlier than expected and really good to deal with over the phone. They made me feel confident that all would go well, and it did. I will absolutely use them again and can thoroughly recommend them.

I was quoted 230 excluding VAT for a thermostat and coolant temperature sensor replacement, operation that shouldn't take longer than 2 hours, I dropped the car at 09:00 am as requested and picked it THE SAME (hopefully, apart of a plastic clip broken on the left headlight cover, that made it flexible at all times and a piece of rubber with unknown provenience found in the fuel tank cap compartment) as I dropped it at 16:30 pm with an invoice of 401 due to be paid!No warranty for labour, no warranty for parts replaced, no warranty the connectors were put back and NO SUGGESTIONS or advice how the issue can be fixed! The temperature gauge remained unmovable on the lowest temperature when I left the workshop and no proofs the radiator fan starts if the engine gets hot!Avoid
