A really nice cinema - classy, modern and compact. The staff were very efficient and friendly, the seats comfortable and the screen and sound quality excellent.

Credit where it’s due. Had a brilliant visit today (10th October). Friendly staff, immaculately clean and good value.Caught up with a friend and enjoyed the matinee screening. No queues, straight forward examination of the tickets, and able to enjoy a table in the foyer prior to the film starting. Clear crisp image, great sound, and probably the most comfortable seats I’ve ever sat in at a cinema ! Well done.

Staff were young but very good. Toilets were nice and clean. Wouldn’t bother paying the extra for the ‘premium’ seats in future. The film (Barbie) was good too.

Generally really like this Odeon. Clean and modern interior, comfortable seats, fantastic Dolby Atmos sound and great picture quality. Staff are very friendly and prices are very good when booked online. My only complaint is we found the toilets to be pretty messey and not clean. But I really do like this cinema, I found the audio and video quality to be much better then the other Dorchester cinema.

Film excellent, staff great and honest, telling us in advance the air conditioning was broken. Some fans in there would help until its fixed.

Excellent cinema, friendly staff and very cheap tickets, great location as well! I would recommend, the only reason I give a 4 star is because there isn’t a recliner seat screen, which would make watching the films a more enjoyable experience.
