I've known Steve on a professional basis for a number of years. He is highly professional, dedicated & approachable. I've known Steve for a while, we met through networking. I've never had to actually use him though. I did recently and the outcome was positive. I was a bit worried about sending a client to debt collection but Steve is very easy to deal with. He his calm but to the point and will have your back.I didn't want to ideally take the claim further but Steve made the process feel much less scary and achievable. After many emails chasing an unpaid invoice for 3 months I contacted Steve at Thornbury Collection Services. Communication throughout was excellent. Am pleased to say after only 3 weeks the invoice was paid in full. Highly recommend this company to help recover outstanding invoices.
