If I could give half or no stars I would of. Rude receptionist or whom ever I spoke to regarding my appointment in such an arrogant manner . I was given an appointment slot however running 5 mins behind due to work. Informed not my problem if your late we are not attending although I was paying for the company to check the problem out encase needed parts was not to fix the machine. Never ever dealt with such a rude women!

Terrible service recieved today, £45 for a call out charge whom promised to give half hour notice and they didn’t when they called to say there 5 mins from the property, the company called to say they can no longer attend and drove off instead of waiting, the lady on the phone said it ain’t her problem that you’re a private customer without a washing machine, I assumed that they dealt with the public, she was rude to me and then hung up the phone.

Charged us £45 to diagnose a washing machine problem and said they would find out what part was needed so they could return and fit it. It took me 60 seconds to find the exact part online, so not sure why they struggled with this. They never called back and didn't return, plus I got a rude message from the engineer when I tried to contact him. Don't trust these cowboys! Go elsewhere for your repairs.

Couldn’t ask for a better service phoned at 9.30am to place order new fridge delivered and installed with old one taken away by11.30am. For any electrical requirements including repairs wouldn’t go anywhere else plus it local and think we should all use our local stores when can. Also both delivery chaps in smart uniforms and polite as was lady spoke to when made the telephone purchase. KATHLEEN ST Nicholas at Wade.

Awful company to deal with. Countless calls to chase a replacement part up which was paid for almost 10 months ago. waited in numerous times as agreed however engineers never turned up. Constantly told someone will call me back, that never happened either. Was then told I have been left plenty of voicemails regarding delivery of said item, which is also untrue as they didn’t even have the correct contact details for me, amongst plenty of other excuses trying to blame me. Lady on phone has a serious attitude problem and they have clearly never heard of customer service. Would NEVER recommend this “company”

Bought a new oven online and then needed to arrange fitting. Popped into Thanet Wide Domestics and arranged for them to fit it for me after getting a really good quote from them.There was a problem on fitting day because the space it was going into didn't have a necessary shelf, so for a bit extra, they've come back and fitted a shelf for me and put the oven in, whilst taking away the old one too.They been excellent throughout, charged a fair price and the oven's working perfectly. Definitely recommend!
