It tried to scam us for the things they did, we brought a working car and they gave us a non working car the staff was rude and poor hygiene

Great people and a wonderful service! They fixed my broken tyre valve in no time for £20, without a booking, on a Saturday (I had a lovely chat as well).Use with confidence!

Been here twice in a week with punctures.very quick service always fit me in there and then. Always busy so reputation must be good but I've never had any engine work only tyres.always friendly.

Great service and cheapLet me see in a few months of that's still the case!Also took my car here for an MOT, all good too.Edit:Cheap and cheerful still.Bought a second hand tyre £45, went to a different garage and brand new was £48.They can usually get you in on the same day and can fix small problems asap.4 stars is about right, would use again, if needed help asap

Fast service but was abit expensive

I recently visited Derby centre and impressed by their staff (to be clear, the son of the owner). I heard some 'noise' from the bottom of my car and felt the clutch (BMW 3 auto diesel) becomes not smooth when I accelarate and deccelarate. The staff hear the noise and told me it is normal for a diesel car and also test driving my car and show me how a 'bumpy' clutch should feel like. After the test drive, he told me my seat is too closed to my steering wheel which makes my feet a bit stressful on the padel. Once I fixed it, the problem just went away, magic...The whole process takes about 5min and I was not charged a pence! I went to another shop and they just tried to charge me 70 for mechanic inspect. I know my car's problems sound trivial but as a fresh car user, I am glad to hear more advice than being charged stright away. Good value and service.
