Very attentive staff, friendly and welcoming. Didn’t have a huge range of gentlemen’s glasses but informed me will be getting new stock in and will let me know also said if there is specific designer to let them know. Overall lovely experience

Delightful team, haven't had my eyes tested for quite awhile! Optician was very good, explained any questions I had. Pauline was a great help, finding plenty options for new frames,delighted with my choice .would highly recommend

I had an appointment to see what was causing my issue. Appointment was great, had a browse and chat with staff whilst i waited, got my eyes checked, was given eye drops and advice. Nice, easy and pleasant.....perfect.

The staff are always lovely and service is always so quick. Replacements or eye tests ect all smashing. Can't describe how amazing the staff are especially Pauline in the Banff branch
