Slough

I would have to give you lot a three star . Because I don't like how you lot are always change the bus and the bus stop without any notice. Friday from the bus 3 I got to the slough and I didn't know what bus go to farm road because you change it.Otherwise then that the driver are very nice when they can be.

Me and my children was waiting over an hour for the 18.02 bus from Slough to dedworth the bus driver was rude when I said about the bus not turning up his words was well I'm on time not my problem disgusting really not the way really i use these buses every day to get to and from work shame on you!!!!

Bus drivers are very rude, have no customer service in them especially these new ones! They don't even want to explain to customers about changes and sort, instead they would term it as a waste of time. No MORALS!

Slough bus station comprises 10 platforms serving some 18 bus lines, and about 7 bus stops immediately outside the station serving a further 10 bus routes. The following buses leave from inside the station: 5 (Chalvey & Cippenham); 6/6A (Wexham Park Hospital); 7 (Uxbridge); 58 (Britwell/Uxbridge); 60 (Eton Wick); 63/68 (Maidenhead); 71 (Heathrow T5); 74/X74 (High Wycombe); 75 (Maidenhead); 76 (Cippenham); 77 (Dedworth); 78 (Britwell/Burnham/Heathrow T5); 81 (Hounslow); 200 (Legoland); 702 (Bracknell). The following buses leave from stops on Brunel Way outside the station on the railway station side: 1B (Britwell); 2 (Priory Estate); 5 (Manor Park); 335 (Chalfont Common); 353 (Amersham); WP1 (Wexham Park Hospital). And these buses leave from stops on Wellington Street stops at the other side of the bus station: 60/77 (Heathrow T5); 75/76 (Heathrow Central); 583 (Uxbridge/Hedgerley); 702 (London Victoria).

Some of the bus drivers have absolutely no decency or respect whatsoever. The other day I had gave £1 coin which was slightly scratched, the bus driver shouted and accused me of CHEWING on the coin!!On Monday I had to run for the bus as it's notorious for not leaving at the right time, when I got there I gave a £10 note as it's the first thing I took out of my pocket since I had to quickly run. The bus driver acted as if I insulted his family with the look on his face! He then proceeded to tap on the sign angrily that said i should have the exact change ready and started to SHOUT at me in front of the other passengers. Need I say the sign also says that bus drivers are there to help yet I don't feel helped being shouted as in front of everyone!! What made me angry enough to write this review ( also my first written review) was that as the bus had stopped in other locations, the bus driver had the audacity to accept notes and provided change to other people without a single peep! Whether this is a case of discrimination or just a bad day" for him should not be tolerated!"

Poor design where most of the roof is over the buses not people waiting, tiny inside waiting area. The only restroom is a radar key locked accessible bathroom inside the waiting area/information area. There are no others and no baby changing facilities.

The bus driver complained about us not having any change and stating the fact that we took “his” money he was acted like it was the biggest crime in the world this bus ride experience was not the best

It does look nice, yes. But it does not function well as a bus station. Windy, cold and no roof above your head. Buses, though, are covered from rain, so there's that.

Some of the drivers are very bad. If they come late then it's fine, even they don't reply or apologise & some of them ignore the people. I had experience. I am a disable person can't run. Many times I am walking to get the bus, I manage to reach the back end of the bus but drivers don't wait for another 10-15 seconds and they move the bus. They can wait for the lights to go green next to 100 yards from thr bus stop but can't wait at the stop. I missed buses like this so many times.
