Popped into the store yesterday to enquire about screen protector replacement on a zflip3 as i only had mine replaced 2 months ago in the same store and it's already started to come of in the middle and bubble, was told could be done again but at a cost of £30. I haven't got a spare £30 to be paying out every 2 months especially when the phone already cost so much in the first place

What a joke, categorically the worst service experience I've ever had. The service staff on the floor were great, but speaking to management about my issue was a laughable experience, how did these people get employed by Samsung? they are reallyyyyy scraping the barrel here. Manager was rude, unintelligent, uneducated and unprofessional. You need to find some better representatives for the company. I've had more intelligent conversations with 10 year olds than I had with this man. I left and went to another store where I was served by someone who actually knew how to do their job and to speak to women respectfully. Save your brain cells.

I came in to change the screen protector on my flip 4, Richard that works there went out of his way with great support and information I needed when I didn't know a few things about the phone and I had it almost a year, haha. Overall a good environment and lovely staff.

Had booked an appointment to get my screen protector replaced on my Z Flip 3 and was pretty impressed! From looking at reviews on here I was a bit apprehensive as a lot of people state they had to pay or that they weren't able to get it replaced due to various reasons. Luckily mine was replaced for free as promised (providing it's the 1st time). The appointment was on time, staff seemed friendly and were informative about how they would approach the replacement etc. I didn't need to reset my phone as some have suggested on here. The whole process did take longer than I expected but it was done thoroughly within an hour and at least you can go browse shops whilst you waited! The new protector made the phone look brand new again so I am very pleased with the experience overall!

CAREFUL WHEN YOU SHOP: THERE ARE THIEVES INSIDE THE STORE and the STORE DOES NOT CARE. REALLY POOR CUSTOMER CARE. IDEALLY DO NOT SHOP AT THE STORE.I am genuinely shocked by the level of customer care at a flagship tech store. The true definition of they only care about selling you something.I was at the store to buy a Samsung watch - While I was paying for the watch I had to put my bag on the floor next to my seat at the cashier so I could attend to the payment stuff (provide my name, card details, email etc). Within that short time (1 or 2 minutes), someone stole my backpack (with all its content) inside the store (all the way inside at the cashier). Yes, in crowded store, with cameras literally everywhere. (London thieves are bold - now I know why). [Imagine if someone stole your newest purchase inside the store and the store responded in the way they did to me - good thing my watch was stile in my hand?].What was truly shocking to me was the store's response:1. Sales person:This dude has been talking to me for good 10 minutes to convince me to buy the watch and the insurance - which I did because I went to buy it anyway. He literally completely disappeared after I told him about the robbery. He asked someone (store manager) else to attend to it. Then he did not follow up with me about it at all. He literally just disappeared into the store's crowd.2. Store manager: All he had to do was check the video footage or get a security guy to check it and help me. He came back with a 1/4th a picture of a person (check the photo there is no way that is the best picture they could find with that many cameras inside the store) and told me this person stole your bag and maybe someone else's bag also and told me they can't give me more than that because of 'security reasons'. I repeatedly asked for a better photo/video.Then the store manager said that is all they can do and if I want anything more Police will have to directly contact them.. No other questions or explanations

The customer service in this store is absolutely shambolic. Nobody can look you in the eyes whilst talking, it must be because they know they are shafting you. Phone was covered under warranty, then it wasn't, Then it was. What a bunch of unintelligent morons. They asked me to pay £524 to fix my phone when it was a known fault with the Z4. The guy sitting next to me had the exact same issue! They must be out of pocket from repairing so many, they also had the cheek to try and charge £30 for an investigation... laughable.Once I became annoyed (understandably) Jonathan (service manager) started to shake with rage that I dare challenge him on his wishy washy nonsense and refused to serve me, then scurried back to the stock room. If you buy Samsung, be prepared to be disappointed when you need to invoke your warranty. The Z folds are without a doubt the worst phones on the market.Edit: to the response from the store to this review, take your poorly spelled copy and paste reply and ram it where the sun doesn't shine. I've had Samsung phones my whole life, but ironically they keep getting worst. They keep downloading unnecessary unwanted updates even when we try to stop updates, remove permissions for continuous updates, but somehow they're always downloading rubbish to people's phones and clogging the memory space. All the time it keeps blocking from taking photos because memory full, after daily deleting a lot of stuff. And the numbers just don't add up,For example, I delete 30 videos, also empty recycling bin, but it only makes room to take 5 photos...This happens all the time. The amount of memory we clear is never a match for what it makes available. Why?Let's not even start of how annoying and frustrating all those Bixby pop ups are, after I removed all permissions, don't want it, but it keeps popping up whenever I try to restart phone or take screenshot. To make it worse it threats to delete your data if you try to remove it entirely. Why do we pay sooo much money for phones that behave like we don't own them? How come corporations get our money and keep controlling our phones with their useless updates bla bla bla?Newest phones are the worst. Why do they keep making so many new phones anyway? We don't need alll that useless stuff and its not good for the environment the way they stimulate people to constantly get new phones. There are lots of waste of resources in the phone world. Not good for the planet. A 5 years old phone is just as good or better than the newest models. We don't need all those phones they keep making all the time. We need more trees in the world. Less phones, more trees! :)

With my daughters birthday around the corner, I thought it’s great time to give her a tiny bit of independence. As I’m a heavy user of Apple products originally I was leaning towards purchasing a new iPad mini 2022. I thought I’d go and check out Samsungs product range at the Stratford Westfield site. I was greeted by colleagues Colin and Richard. I can’t praise them enough cause they were both highly professional, knowledgeable and gave me space to take an informed decision which is highly important to me. In the end, I purchased the product shown in the image, which is a Galaxy Tab A8. I hope both colleagues are recognised for their commitment to make customer service top priority! Well done gents!!

Unexpected experience ever in my life. I have been a customer with Samsung since I was 16 years old. However, the staff feels like not caring and ignoring me. Firstly. I asked a question, and he said that he would help me. Therefore, I saw him walking in the store and ignoring it. He is Italian one, and his name was Sergin, I have proof because security saw. I couldn't buy a phone because of the guys not helping with some advice. It looks like the hiring people without knowledge of Samsung devices. The proof is on the Samsung store in Galaxy Z flip5 250gb black color.

My sister and I visited this store today to buy new screen protectors for my mobile SAMS fold 4 and her flip 3 phone. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies in the cashir & the one who installed the screen protectors accurately and efficiently for us.
