Absolutely THE BEST. Never failed to find a solution to a problem yet and I've been calling on Allen's help for years, now.

Apple Allen is a wiz when you need him, with a very fast and friendly service. He is also a fountain of knowledge for most things especially technical stuff.

I didn't get a cinnamon swirl bun like one of the other reviewers here, but what I do have a super fast MacBook. Mine had ground to a halt but Allen sorted it within 24 hours. He's a genuinely good bloke who evidently cares about what he does and subsequently does a brilliant job. It feels like I've got a brand new Mac.I almost want my MacBook to break down again just so I can enlist Allen.Thanks mate

Allen's looked after my Macs for as long as I can remember. Fixing issues quickly come rain or shine, keeping me out there processing images and meeting my tight press deadlines.Great service and Honest advice at an affordable price - Cant recommend him highly enough.

Allen is a lovely bloke who's passion IS all things Apple. I have had the odd problem with my Macbook Pro / back ups etc. Just understanding all the NEW products Apple continues to grace us with has been a challenge. Allen has been there every step of the way thankfully...to solve and assist me in guiding me through. My 2015 MacBook Pro had basically become unusable for me, slow, crashing all the time, half an hour wait time to even open photoshop properly, spinny wheel hell at every click. I was minutes away from begrudgingly spending another £1000 with Apple even though I was sure the machine ‘SHOULD’ be usable, and ‘god what a wasteful world we live in’ etc. Until I was recommended Apple Allen (by multiple people), and not to my surprise but much to my pleasure, Apple Allen fixed it up a treat, he promised me a super Mac and that is what I got. Now my Mac is super wonderful amazing brilliant and I love it and I can’t believe how long I struggled on for. Apple Allen has made me want to buy loads of broken apple products just so I can give him more business and get him to fix more things. Would recommend, 10/10, 5 stars. Thanks Allen.

Allen's knowledge of all things Apple is incredible, but not only that he is a really genuinely nice guy who does his utmost to help. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for help with Mac issues; in fact I have, several times over.

My geriatric iMac died. Allen has saved the day by rebuilding it so it is now spectacular! Not only that but he recommended someone to recover data from the dead hard disk so my life can go on! If you have a Mac problem give him a call... he will help you!

For over ten years I have depended happily on Allen the Apple wizard. So lucky to have found him as I actually look forward gleefully to ongoing projects under his guidance. Vistas of possibilities open up before me as he introduces new skills into our sessions. No one else but Allen is allowed to come between me and my mac! Totally reliable and now a personal good friend.

When I was thinking about turning to the Apple side I was give Allen's details - he gave me fantastic advice and then transferred all my stuff over once I got my shiny new Mac. He is fun to work with, extremely knowledgeable, reliable and patient. I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is a star.
