Paternoster Farm
Such a super evening. Fine dining without the pretentiousness. The most delicious array of farm to fork dishes paired with farmyard parking, friendly relaxed staff, mismatched cutlery, candle lighting & farming paraphernalia. Sit back (quite possibly within a farm trough), relax & hand your taste buds over the Chef Claire's expertise. Single set menu of deliciousness. Well worth a visit. Book ahead.

Had a completely delicious dinner at Paternoster Farm. The ambience and service were lovely and the quality of the food was outstanding. They were able to accommodate my husband's food allergy which we also really appreciated.

Absolutely delicious food in a small tucked away location. You don't choose the food, it is like a little selection of foods they bring out depending on how many of you there are. Would recommed the san antonio as a desert though.

We have been meaning to come and taste the delights at Paternoster Farm for ages. We finally made it last night and wow did it not disappoint. Absolutely delicious ingredients that were so well balanced and honoured by the cooking and presentation. Such a well curated place, from the moment we were greeted to leaving the people were so nice. Plate after plate of deliciousness. The plaice was just divine, the Solva crabcakes were beautiful and the Highland beef was heavenly. We will definitely be back, it was my wife's birthday meal out and it just couldn't have been better. A perfect cosy delicious port on a stormy Pembrokeshire night.

A very enjoyable meal in a surprisingly different environment. The Meal does not follow the usual starters, mains, dessert format but is served as a series of sharing plates which arrive when they are ready. Our party of 4 ate, probably, 10 plates between us, all very tasty and interesting, enjoyed with the very acceptable house red (tempranillo.)

This is an excellent place to go and enjoy wonderfully cooked food.A wonderful, thoughtful menu, that while short will still have you struggling over what to order. My partner opted for the braised cabbage with gochujang, crispy chilli and katusuobushi. I went straight for the whipped Wye Valley Smokery cod roe with sea weed crisps. When these were brought to the table a delightfully flavoured focaccia with big pat's of salty Welsh butter arrived to, this was when we knew it was going to be a very enjoyable evening meal! Our other orders arrived shortly after we'd finished the bread and the cod's roe. I had opted for the braised lamb with cannelini beans, feta and dill which might well be the meal of the holiday for me! Then the mussels in Tom Yum broth arrived. There was a mountain of them. This was a sharing platter size of mussels in my eyes, but not my partner's mind! Both were excellent, the flavours in each dish worked so well and a quiet descended upon the table as we both just tucked in to our dishes.Going back to the lamb, it was cooked beautifully, super tender and the beans feta and dill was just heavenly. I thoroughly enjoyed this and shamelessly used a spoon to scrape every last morsel from the bowl. Delightful! The mussels we're good to, if you've never had them in a Tom Yum broth before (we hadn't!) and you get the opportunity to try them, do! The mussels themselves were great, the broth too, the sheer number of them at that price point was bliss, we picked out way through them all (no closed shells!) and persevered with the broth. We didn't quite finish it, we had an eye on desert.Desert almost didn't happen because the portions are generous and the food is so heartwarming you feel comfortably full quickly, but we agreed to split a desert between us. The icecream it was, one scoop of salted chocolate and one scoop of marsala and vanilla.........heck that was delicious! A beautiful way to end our meal but we were now stuffed. We got the bill and were happy to see how reasonable the meal was. We both guessed the bill would be higher and would have been happy to pay more given the quality of the food the service and the environment. We ordered two smaller plates, two larger plates, split a desert, one alocholic cocktail* and one soft drink. There was water on the table and the bread as well. Before a tip this was about £35pp which is incredible!*How did I forget the cocktail! A lemon verbena, their drink of the day was lovely, honey sweet and definitely not for some palates but presented beautifully and got better as the large single ice cube melted. What else is there to say? This is a destination restaurant, go out of your way to visit. Book a table, you won't get the opportunity to drop in, it's very popular, the only time slot we could get was at 9pm which gave us the opportunity to drink in a lovely sunset for going for a late dinner.100% would recommend, will visit again.Use What3Words and not your SatNav to find it, but all the same it is fairly easy to find.

Amazing experience last night. Love a long dinner that feels like a true experience and the setting is just perfect. Cosy and warm cowshed, immaculately dressed. The food was amazing with 'hyperlocal' produce and excellent execution- highlights being the solva crab dumplings and mussels!Loved it and can't wait to come back soon!

We really enjoyed the whole evening. The food was amazing. The set menu & sharing is fabulous (takes the faff out of ordering), and things just arrive at the table!Loved the service. Loved the drinks menu (no mass-produced brands). It is very different from most places I have eaten. It is a whole evening experience rather than just food.No music, just the lovely sound of people ; cooking, serving, having a shared evening eating together.(It was 15th Dec and sooo good to escape the usual Xmas music play list that usually invades your ears at this time)The building / tables are unique/bespoke - the stands where cattle used to be kept / milked are there and part of the structure where the tables are set. This place has managed to take something from the past, add in proper food from Pembrokeshire, and make an experience that could put me in a different time, rather than 2023.I would highly recommend and we will come back.

Absolutely banging. Loves the fact we thought we were lost and driving onto a random farm. Then we seen food being cooked on open fire, were greeted with lovely host and served a top tasting menu of local food. 10/10 recommend
