Ordered a scraper on the 15th of Dec it says 1-3 days for delivery but still waiting nearly 2 weeks later. I have tried to call few times with no answer. Won't be using this company again

Disappointing. Paid huge price for next day delivery. Wasn't dispatched until the following day, then never arrived. Customer service couldn't care less and very rude on the phone.
