Fabulous service! Open good and early, which was a lifesaver for being able to pass by during the morning school run.I only needed a spare tube for an unfortunate puncture, but the staff member still took the time to give me some tips on things to watch out for doing the work on this particular bike.I couldn't be happier and will definitely be back here when it's time for the bike's annual service.

After recently purchasing a cursed new bike, I’ve visited the shop 3x in the last week for separate issues.Have looked forward to going in each time. Joshua and Matthew are so warm and welcoming. Very generous with their knowledge and extremely fair with their prices. Had a lovely coffee and a chat while my bike passed through a&e.Highly recommend! :)

I thought the reviews might be too good to be true, but nope, this place really is that good. They fixed up and replaced the brake pads on my e-bike. Very fast and the price was very reasonable. Super-friendly, non-judgmental service. Everything was explained clearly. This will be my go-to bike repair shop from now on.

They adapt very quickly to address any situation, which is extremely important in this current modern-day world where bikes are evolving with new technologies. I'm most impressed, not only with their vast experience and knowledge of all types of bicycles, from entry-level commuter bikes to high-end models, but also with their understanding of bike geometry and design. They are extremely well-placed to handle all types of bikes.The most impressive thing is their well-priced service and quick turnaround time. They also provide education to customers about bike maintenance, which is a valuable community service. The best bike service I’ve ever had. Great value, honest, thorough work all turned around quickly by a friendly team. I particularly liked the detailed debrief on the work that had been done & condition of the various components, also provided as printed notes on the receipt (similar to the service history you get when servicing a car). Cannot recommend highly enough.
