Not a shop I use normally, I went in on the off chance that they may sell essential oils. The sales assistant could not be more helpful,although not no the shelves she found a box full of various oils and went through them all to find as many different scents as possible.the shop is very spacious, and all items are within easy reach, ground floor level easy access for wheelchairs/prams and buggies

Experienced extremely poor customer service at body shop in Coventry. The manager's behavior was rude and seemingly discriminatorys Date of shopping (2/12/2023 around 2.00 clock ). Disappointed with the service and concerned about the manager's attitude towards customers.

Buying products for someone with incredibly sensitive skin, which reacts to most products in supermarkets.Staff took time to discuss products make suggestions and rule out those most likely to trigger a reaction.Thank you both for your help.
