Can't fault. Got our first delivery today. It's was a small order but free delivery and timely. Prices and quality are brilliant. Thanks to the delivery driver guys who stacked it so neatly ourside our house as we weren't in. Very very professional service. Cheers.

I ordered 2 bulk bags of plum slate which arrived within just a couple of days and were perfect for my garden. Delivery man really friendly and chatty. Would definitely recommend, thank you.

Edit *** happy with Fitzpatrick's response - there appears to have been a communication issue somewhere. Updated the review. Unfortunately the batch of Supertherm is not fit for purpose (for me) but the customer service is good. I've since been and swapped for the Excel as mentioned and WOW, what a difference. Thank you for the speedy resolution.*************************************Having used Fitzpatricks for coal previously, I ordered 10 bags of the Supertherm 25kg smokeless ovals.. Never in my life have I seen such a poor product.. I have sent 2 messages via the website but had no response as I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt about it being a bad batch. If they'd have responded I don't think I'd have left this review.I'm now stuck with several 25kg bags of absolutely useless coal.. it hardly burns, produces very little heat and the ash pan needs emptying 2 or 3 times a day! It's horrible stuff and not fit for purpose.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Keen prices and quick delivery. Checked moisture content, it was between 9 - 11%. If the wood is as dry as it smells it should burn very well. A good reason to look forward to long dark nights!

The driver was very friendly, helpful, turned up and time and even manually lifted the timber into position. Great company and service. Thank you.

Easy to order online, then was given a delivery date via email. The delivery driver was friendly, no trouble craning a tone bag into my garden which is on a slight incline. A good spread of cut wood in my bag from large to smaller pieces of wood. Will use again.

Really helpful, weather disrupted my delivery, but really pushed to get it out as soon as they could the next day. Dropped log bag in as corner of our drive for me, and left me a cover to protect logs until we could get the all stacked, as it was later in the day, and we thought there could be more snow. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you so much.

Always excellent customer service. Products (ash logs and bobby dazzler briquettes in our case) are fantastic. We have had a log burning stove for about 10 years and tried lots of products to get it right and finally we have. Many thanks.
