Tiles DIY Tunbridge Wells

Do not trust them! I ordered a new bathtub with them on 21st of the month, I was next to the staff when they call the warehouse and confirm that it is in stock. They said I need to pay it in full to place the order so I did. They promised that the delivery to the store will be done on 28th and in the worst scenario on 29th of the month, I said Just to be sure I will pick it up on 30th of the month. They promised they will call as soon as it arrives in the store but on 31st of the month I had to call them as they did not bother. So I called and they don't even remember that I placed an order with them. After I give them full details they found the order but they said that it is not in the stock anymore.Summary:Tiles DIY used my money for 11 days without compensation or my agreement

We renovated 3 bathrooms and used Tiles DIY great service excellent communication. We had some small issues which got solved ASAP. We will be back

Unsure what I was looking for but staff very helpful - and not at all pushy! Sefa particularly patient and even carried sample tiles to my car for me to see at home. No pressure selling, lots of practical advice, well informed and welcoming. Best of the tile shops I've visited!

Excellent customer service. Very respectful and helpful. Went through pros and cons and also gave me space to decide on my own.I came in once before and troubled them on finding me a certain type of tile but this time around I didn’t even go anywhere else, went straight there. Staff were also amazing and attentive. Even though my husband was with me the guys help me to load up the tiles. A service that you can’t get anywhere else.

Have kitted out a couple of bathrooms with beautiful tiles from DIY Tunbridge Wells. Jamie and team are knowledgeable and helpful. The blue and brown porcelain/glass feature tiles look stunning in the bathrooms. Highly recommend. Competitively priced and easy, free parking on site.

Worth the journey!! Nice tiles at great prices. Purchased some well made porcelain tiles here and found the manager to be so customer focused and helpful which is in stark contrast to the Croydon store's manager. The team member who initially served me was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Will definitely recommend.

Avoid - their customer service is dreadful. We ordered large porcelain tiles. There was a wait to get them which we understood, but there was a lack of communication throughout about the delay. There was again a delay for their courier to deliver them and on putting them in the van they noticed a corner had broken. Their only solution was for us to wait for another tile to arrive (could be 6-8 weeks) or to have the display tile - both of which could be a different batch. We suggested using a strip of the display tile and most of the other broken tile to minimise the potential difference but no, theArea Manager would not allow it (even though they said the broken tile would be skipped!!) So poor and unnecessary. I’d never go in there again.

Amazing ranges and designs and the bathroom displays are splendid. Great customer service (the whole team was very welcoming and helpful). Well priced with tempting deals...

Went shopping for tiles and found Tiles DIY, glad we did, in the Tunbridge Wells branch there are some great mock up bathrooms showing good combinations which gave us some good ideas. Ended up buying our tiles here and then they were very helpful choosing grout and trims to match. When it came to collecting the insisted on helping to load them in to our car. Went in to buy adhesive and grout and were offered a discount on the marked price as we had bought the tiles from them. Recommended. Almost forgot, samples were free.
