Always open when I need it and friendly cashiers

Friendly staff but expensive petrol, merchandise (basics) also expensive and air for tires has gone from 20p to 50p and now to £1. My nearest garage but will not use it again. Will now go 1/2mile to morrisons at teesside park and save money.

Went to fill up my car, the man in the shop, saying turn my engine off though the intercom. because the automatic parking lights were on, took about 5 mins to explain to the sausage.

Polite staff

Helpless people especially that sri lankan guy,I took 15 pounds of fuel and the sri lankan guy said 5 pound note is the fake one,I said that's fine,I don't know it's fake,I don't have debit card with me and my mobile will not support for wireless payment,I asked him to swap his card I'll or send you the 5 pounds to your bank account he said no,he is completely helpless.He even didn't provide the manager number to request him.I believe the sri lankan guy deserves a big salute for helpless.

The day staff very welcome but one man that work nights is very very rude and very lazy!! Disgusting if you ask me need some customer service skill i think and I will not be going back at all and do not think it fare as this one man has put the rest of the staff down and if I was the manager of the shop I would be looking in to this desgusting behaviour!!!. But on other note day staff and the other night saff amazing people you need to get rid of him xxxxx
