We chose Bycroft as I have known the Principal for years and know him to be highly reputable, our sale was of a slightly unusual property in difficult circumstances. However the staff were highly professional and tireless in helping us reach our objective and find the best buyer for us. The viewings staff were immensely helpful, and Special Thanks to Michele Jones for her unfailing good humour in keeping us informed of progress and her tenacity in achieving an eventual sale completion. Highly recommended, I cannot speak more highly of this firm.

Absolutely useless! After four years of dealing with them and them not upholding their part of the contract we have left. Now waiting for deposit to be be returned which unfortunately the member of staff dealing with this is now ‘on holiday’ how convenient. Would never in a million years recommend renting through them to anyone. The member of staff we have been dealing with has been rude through this whole experience.

A very positive experience with Bycrofts from start to finish! Lots of support and friendly help from Michele and her team mates. The first sale fell through (not their fault) despite their best efforts and they quickly found another buyer and worked hard to ensure success - we completed today and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Bycroft have just sold my bungalow for me and their service and attention to detail have been outstanding from start to finish. It's unusual nowadays to come across a friendly estate agent that you really feel is working for you. They stayed in contact with me throughout, regularly updating and advising.I have experience of estate agents in the Norwich area where I have a second property I am selling and my experience with them has sadly been very different. They never contact you regularly (even when that was a request when I signed with them), you deal with a wide range of staff within the branch so there is no continuity of service, and overall you feel unimportant.I would without hesitation use Bycroft again and would recommend them as a friendly and effective company to deal with.

I have to say bycroft (especially Michele) are definitely the agent to buy and sell a house! I Cannot fault them at all. Friendly, efficient and excellent communication!! This is exactly how you should run a business. Communication is key
