Beautiful Minds

I went to a talk by Karen to pick up some skills as a fellow life coach but I gained so much more than that. I learned about hypnotherapy and a week later I had my first session. Now, after 6 sessions I can say I'm a new person. My life has improved way beyond my expectations, anxiety and a constant internal stress and worry were wiped out and decades of negativity reprogrammed.
