Plants look pretty good and nice selection. However, staff seem disinterested and not engaging. They did not make me feel like shopping there again.

A bit unfriendly. I've spent a lot here. Soil, plants, pots, firewood. Last few times I've visited I get just can't be bothered service. Ask for firewood, yeah, it's in the poly tunnel, that's after going to find someone to help. They couldn't be bothered to assist in carrying the firewood.No smiles, no how are you. Definitely not like other places in Chippy, as most people are friendly herePerhaps I've been catching them on bad days, or something has happened to make them unfriendly?I'll try again and will keep smiling and say Hello

NO DOGS ALLOWED sign!!!!Drove far to come here today. Right on the door is a big no dogs allowed" sign and immediently ruined our visit. They recommended we left our dog alone in a corner whilst we looked around!!! Ridiculous. We thought how unfriendly to not allow dogs in a garden centre. You're turning down 80% of your customers right there. We went to the next one we found who DID allow dogs and many other dog owners were there! Wouldn't spend a penny here. Turning away most of your customers at the door."

It's quite small, but has a fantastic variety of plants, as well as large and small ceramic pots! We've bought pots, plants and grass seed, which they sell be weight! Would recommend this nursery to everyone! ❤❤❤
