Take forever to pick up the phone. Waited 45 minutes then gave up

No face to face appointmentsClosed one hour earlier than their timetableNot enough staffI phoned all day to get an appointment but couldn't get anywhereNot good at allSpent2 hours and fees to get to see someone there as phone did not work but it was very disappointing to see them with above issues.They just there to say they areThey are not there to help i guess

I have tried to call them a million times, but it says you are in a queue, and it is so frustrating that after the long wait they say, they could not find an available agent and the call gets disconnected. After calling for several days I released it was an automated answer. please people don't waste your time this organization doesn't work at all and it a joke .I even went to their office only to find out that they no longer work in there , they have moved to other place without notice and still use the old address , how confusing and irresponsible of them .Please don't go to that address they moved to a mystery place.

This is not helpful to the Citizens and this is no longer worthy for Citizens if you can not help them then change the name .Been on hold on more that’s one occasion but no one answer the call, after that says no one available to answer you call, then boom voicemail..really absolutely rubbish service.

During the phone call with the very nice&polite and extremely helpful member of staff. I was able to fill in my PIP review form with plenty of support. If I have any further issues I will return back to CAB for more help and support.

Totally unhelpful wast of time anyone going here lazy workers don't do nothing to help

Tried calling multiple times no answer on any occassion. Constantly get a automated voice saying you are in a queue to speak to an advisor please hold then says currently no one avalible to take you call and go online. Honestly not sure how it can be citizens advice when its not actually asivising citizens at all!
