Louise offers a very personal touch and her advise regarding style, materials, colours etc were gratefully received by us. Their prices are very competitive compared with other local firms that we had quotes from. The employees at Stone Valley Windows are exceptionally professional not just in the service they provided but their approach & appearance this included how diligently they all work. I have to mention our window fitters Dave & Ray who worked so hard and nothing was too much trouble. We will be using this company again for sure.

We cannot recommend Stone Valley Windows enough. We had quotes from the major suppliers and a number of local firms and quite honestly it was a painful experience. We then found Stone Valley via Rehau. Louise was brilliant, the quote was very fair especially given the quality of the product. Chris and Jim provided a fantastic service and finished the windows to a very high standard. The team worked with us throughout and we’re over the moon with the end result!

The windows they put in were warped and the window seals are perished and coming away from the frame the workmen were very rude at times not very professional at all a friend of mine told me not to have them to do the work I should have listened to her I went by the reviews.I had another company in to repair what they did and cost me so much they ask me who done the job and told them they said they have had multiple complaints bout this company.please do some research and shop about but stay away from this company...

Really happy with our new composite door. Has already made a big difference compared to our old uPVC door, which was cracked and was letting in cold air etc. The process was very simplistic and didn’t have to wait long at all. Really pleased and will recommend to anyone who needs new doors or windows. Thanks!
