Surely the most annoying store in the country .Store assistant refused to take my daughters sized skirt off the mannequin to try on . Plenty of other sizes but not hers on the rail next to it . Why they couldn’t have swapped it is beyond me. Clothes are lovely but the service particularly the queues at checkout are a joke

0*The so called manager who wouldn’t give her name but her code is 2677!Should not be working with customers her attitude is shocking and she has no customer service skills at all . She’s rude abrupt and speaks down to customers !Purchased a pair of trousers on the 3/5/23 for holidays couldn’t wear them as they were faulty returned on the 20/06/23 no zip the zip has actually cut up and scared me and they wouldn’t return them told me they would repair them . First of all they said I could have a refund checked my card details then changed her mind !I am not in contacts with customer service and will now be putting a claim in for personal injury as I am now scared on my hand .Do not shop here !!!

Got 2 lovely tops today. One size small and one medium.I tried on a fabulous jacket in medium and it buried me and unfortunately no smaller sizes left. What's happening to the sizing, not just in Zara but everywhere?

Modern clothing shop with a good range of items. Changing rooms were private and plentiful. Checkouts were well manned with friendly and helpful staff.

Staff member helped at checkout. Six days later put jacket on to wear to a concert, guttered cannot wear it. Someone left the dam security tag on.

BEWARE if you are shopping at this store, I DID NOT receive a receipt for my items! This is not the first time as well. It is a legal right to receive proof of purchase. I will be contacting head office and putting a formal complaint as this has more than likely happened to others as well. NOTE you are unable to get a refund or exchange if Zara doesn’t give you a receipt.

Noria is an absolute credit to this store. Went in, looking for a couple of tops and she went out the back for me no hesitation, twice as well. Nice to have people like this in retail x
