ROYAL FAIL. DON'T send any important documents from this place. Better to go to a proper Post Office. I asked to send very important documents with tracking. The guy instead sent it by first class service. Now Royal Mail customer care is saying we cannot track signed delivery though he provided tracking number and my documents are lost. Now they are saying it will be considered as lost or missing after 10 days. VERY PATHETIC SERVICE. ROYAL FAIL.
