Cheadle Skatepark
The skatepark is located within the recreation ground. There are tennis courts, bowling and children's play area too. The town council offices are here and there is a memorial area. I like that it is flat and you can see most of the park from every area. This makes it perfect for events and we are starting to see some good things hosted here, such as the carnival. There is outdoor exercise equipment and a great new play area too. For me I'd like to see mini golf, a cafe and much more planting. It's a great traditional place for families - don't forget to bring your board or scooter!

Good park I take my kids 3 or 4 times a week. The new equipment is really good.A big negative for the rec is that there is normally gangs of teenagers hanging around drinking and smoking weed. I know quite a few parents stay away because they feel intimidated.

Great skatepark and a good size. Lots of things to do as well as a skatepark it has a park for smaller children and another park for slightly older kids. Massive fields to play on and a shop near by.

The teenagers and young boys that are on the ramps swear and pick on the smaller kids that play on there like they own the damn thing!!!The park is nice and excellent for the kids though and has been done up nice. The star rating should be higher but the yobs spoilt it!

Not the best but keeps the teenagers good. My son meets his friends there he's 12yr. Then come 6pm the older kids turn up and skate till dark as no lighting

Great place to take the kids for a while. Shame as saw loads of kids throwing Scooter parts and handle bars into the huge tree just behind the skate park. This so called tradition" hopefully won't kill anyone when they walk by and something like a Scooter wheel hits them on the head! Otherwise a lovely place."

This is a great place to go for free fun with your children, the skate park is amazing but besides the skate park there is a very well equipped play areas for all ages, tennis courts, bowls, plenty of open space to sit & take a picnic, not many places that your children can have free fun
