From start to finish Kyran was brilliant. He is extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He gave us good advice on which stove to have and on the day kept us up to date as well as explaining what he had done and how to use the new stove. Highly recommended!

Came over to measure up for a new log burner and literally never came back to me with a price. Which might be a good thing as he was the most unprofessional out of everyone who has came round to quote me for a log burner. Poor customer service.

We had a woodburner stove installed by Harbour stoves at short notice, after being let down by another installer. From start to finish the process went without any problems. Kyran is a great guy, nothing too much trouble, and a very concientious worker. The fire was installed to a very high standard. We are now very warm and cosy. Thanks Kyran.

Asked for a quote to fit fire. Took days to reply eventually said he would quote but never turned up. Sent a message no reply. Not very professional and left us in a sticky situation. Not happy!

I recently had my stove installation completed by Harbour Stoves. From start to finish, it was a simple and bliss operation. From initial survey to installation, it was seamless. The standard of work and finish is perfect, made all better with the wooden mantle beam, handmade by Harbour Stoves.Have already recommended Kyran to others and will continue to do so.Many thanks for the great job!
