Excellent service from beginning to end. From the Girls in the shop who were so helpfull to the fitters who were professional and quick, quality of the carpets were amazing. Half the price of other retailers. Can't recommend them enough.

Absolutely terrible service for the receptionist. With terrible attitude. The size of the carpet was wrong that was meant to come out and be fitted. Then came out and fitted another carpet wrong colour and not as good material. With no refund or discount from the last carpet.Which I choose remanance for both. Which they justify by saying it was more expensive because coming off roll even through its not what I choose or asked for.
