Right from the start she listened to exactly what we wanted and provided expert guidance on every aspect of the design. Harriet Kelsall helped me to design my partner’s engagement ring, and I couldn’t be happier. Amy and Abigail were warm and welcoming every step of the way. The design of the ring itself was beautiful, and was designed to fit my budget and the small pieces of stylistic guidance I gave. My partner is absolutely over the moon with the ring. Had a fantastic experience designing my partner's engagement ring - with a quick turnaround, as I was planning to propose on our upcoming holiday in the Caribbean! Alec and Abigail were both fantastic, patient and knowledgeable and gave experienced advice while I provided pictures that gave inspiration for what I thought my partner wanted, and Alec was able to incorporate features from both to come up with a one of a kind ring. Thanks so much and we'll be back for the wedding rings!

We had a fantastic experience at Harriet Kelsall Cambridge, Abi was absolutely superb! From the minute we walked into the store having no real clue what kind of wedding rings we wanted, she was helpful, friendly, and she spent a lot of time with us to make sure the designs were spot on. Pretty sure she stayed while the shop was closing! We're so pleased with the rings, they are stunning and exactly what both of us were after. Georgia recently redesigned my mother's engagement ring after I inherited it. She was a joy to deal with and I am very happy with the result. She completely understood that deciding to take it to pieces was difficult and moved at a pace I was happy with, giving me different options and not putting any pressure on me to make a decision. When I was ready to go ahead the resulting piece is just like Mum's ring but now totally wearable, which the previous setting wasn't for me. I would highly recommend Harriet Kelsall to anyone looking for a unique piece of jewellery, the service was excellent and the product high quality.
