This is one of the best Coffee shops around this area and one of my favourite Costa coffees I go to.The team there are brilliant, welcoming and friendly. They do brilliant work and the selection of drinks and food are great.If you are heading for a tube journey of just coming back from one pop in and grab a take away or 5 mins to yourself with a drink of your choice and unwind.

I went in to get a bite to eat, staff were super friendly which is definitely welcome and a rare sight in London, decided I'd get a coffee as well and it disappointed, milk was too hot, and I don't really like Costa coffee in general. Will definitely be back for a hot sandwich and a nice place to sit though.

I wish I could give them 10000 stars! Lovely staff!They speak to each customer as they really know us, with a big and lovely smile. Great customer services!!!!!!I had to stop working in my computer to observe the way they were treating the customers. Well done, GUYS! You are doing absolutely FANTASTIC.I would like to make sure Alfie and Kath will read this review.

2 workers only in there. The young lady serving was very polite the guy she was working with had NO customer service manners at all. To the public and her. Body language disgusting attitude the same. Doubt I will return there.

Always served by a ginger guy with long hair short beard. Genuinely such a lovely person, so upbeat and kind to everyone he serves. Never seen someone give this much to a customer service role... Don't let him go!!!

No toast available on the breakfast offer. Very disappointing. Staff don't seem to want to order this in. Similar experiences in neighbouring Costa stores in South West London. With the exception of Costa , East Putney which is unrivalled in terms of availability and customer service!!
