Medical Solicitors are a very caring and compassoinate company. Answered any and all questions promptly. They work hard to get the best outcome for their clients. Outstanding service provided thoughout the whole entire time my claim was going on, always kept updated no matter how small or big it was.Very friendly polite and professional! Unfortunately, for me, despite the response below and previous email exchange between myself and Caroline regarding my low star review, this was a long drawn out process, one which I had to chase numerouse times for an update. My review was not based on the dissapointment of not having a case which Caroline has misconstrued below and would lead you to believe, but on the way this was handled which again was explained in detail to Caroline in my emails to her only 2 days ago when she chased for comment on this.But thank you very much Caroline for contacting me once again about this when I requested that I not be contacted about this matter anymore and reasons why.
