Just bought a BMW R1200RT LE from The Motorcycle Barn. The bike was superbly prepared, in mint condition, and was spotlessly clean. The handover was an absolute pleasure, and nothing was too much trouble. All of the bikes in there look in fantastic condition, a clear tribute to their care in preparation. I can't recommend them highly enough.

A flawless experience! Saw an advert on auto trader, shared my interest, had a very pleasant phone call about the bike and arranged a viewing. Managed to go and see it before going away for a month with work so they kindly looked after it for me. It was delivered when I returned home in perfect condition. Honestly a fantastic experience. What a lovely company to do business with. I live 160 miles & over 3 hrs travel away so bought a F800GS unseen (apart from the pics on the website) and obviously untested purely on trust. The bike was delivered beautifully prepared, it was like a new bike.This is a great independant dealership and i wish they were closer to me.I would certainly trust them enough to buy another bike unseen and probably will.

Buying a vehicle from a distance (nearly 500 miles away) is always a little daunting when you can't view in person. But Robert was very helpful, provided photos and high definition video of the bike. Responded quickly to any questions or requests I had before and after purchasing the bike.I got the bike delivered by the The Bike Bus" and it proved to be exactly as described. No issues whatsoever

I recently bought a 2008 Kwak GTR 1400 from Robert and Motorcyle Barn. When I looked at the photos online before seeing it, it looked to be pristine...I was not disappointed!! In fact I did a lot of research of similar machines beforehand and there was nothing a touch on this bike. The Motorcycle barn clearly only sell quality bikes which are great examples compared to other sellers having more stock. My customer experience after showing interest in the bike was excellent. Robert was very helpful, transparent and made it quite clear where the price boundary was and his confidence in the bike. I fully respect and prefer that way to do business as you know exactly where you stand, and gives confidence that this is right!! Since giving my deposit, Robert and team have been amazing, getting MOT and service done and then delivering the bike 80 miles for no extra cost. On receiving the bike the paper work is perfect and bike is amazing. I collected my immaculate 2020 F900r SE this morning and it was Possibly the easiest hassle free motorcycle purchase I have ever made including my trade in. Robert was an absolute pleasure to deal with at all points via phone via email and in person today. Robert seems to take great pride to make sure his pictures and videos of the bikes are a true representation of what you are buying. So there is no unexpected or nasty surprises when you come to collect without prior viewing as I did. Collection was arranged to suit my time constraints and I felt no pressure or silly sales tactics at any point to push me in any direction. Collection was all ready to go when I arrived early in the morning and everything was explained and exchanged in a relaxed manner over a good hot cup of coffee (tea was also available). An absolute credit to the industry and worlds apart from the many dealers I have dealt with over the years. Thanks Robert the bike is fantastic and I had a brilliant ride home. All the best Andy
