Had a delivery due to arrive for a birthday today, so my parcel was due a signature so had 2 failed attempted deliverys due to the driver failure to wait for me to get to the door 30 seconds for the 1st attempt (driver shaban) and not even 10 seconds for the 2nd attempt (driver freya e)Have it on camera, tried to speak to Polly at our Ipswich branch but was very rude and was stating about the company procedure but not wanting to hear my individual experience and stating that 99% of our parcels get deliveredBut I know the driver didn't want to wait as waiting for a signature slows them down (even stated by polly that the wait only up to 2 mins), I have the driver on camera not even waiting 15 seconds, when I said I was recording she used the excuse I didn't let her speak and cut the phoneI only receive dpd parcels from certain company's and usually they are signed parcels and this has happened twice now with dpd, so definitely not a coincidence and with polly confirming there drivers are hard pressed for time shows why they don't like to give you a chance to answer of its signed for as it takes too much of their timeDpd is this acceptable??, also what if its an old man or pregnant lady that is coming to the door for eg for medication which she needs delivered urgently how do you expect to get to the door in under 30 seconds

A very heavy parcel was dumped on my doorstep by a DPD driver from their Martlesham depot. I don't know who he was as in the mere seconds it took me to open the door he was already in his van and starting the engine, then drove off without so much as a glance. My wife and I are of a certain age, and both of us are disabled. There is no way I could lift that up over the step. Other firms have had the courtesy to deliver into the hallway for us, where goods can stay safe and ready for our helper to sort out when they come.I have no idea what we are going to do.It's just sat there on the step, blocking the doorway. I can't even get past it.Needless to say, having tried three Customer Service" numbers nobody is available to even answer the phone until Monday - today is Saturday. What a cheek that they call themselves a delivery service. There's no service

The parcel was delivered to the wrong property 217 and not signed for by the addressee. The direction to the property was indicated as 217A Main Road on the Brick Pier Entrance leading to a 60metre long 3.5metre wide block paving access road.

I received three messages from DPD stating that they had missed me on the delivery dates. However, despite the presence of CCTV and a security gatehouse, the DPD van never arrived. The driver, Aleksandar (although I'm not certain if that's his real name), did not show up on both Tuesday, November 7, 2023, or Wednesday, November 8, 2023. It's quite frustrating to be told that we missed the delivery when it never even took place. Adding to my disappointment, the picture of the alleged delivery attempt provided by the driver was just a blank black photo. It's rather sad if he resorts to these kinds of tricks. DPD should be more vigilant in allowing drivers to use such tactics. After this incident, I called DPD customer service for the first time at 09:30 on Thursday, November 9, 2023. I spoke with a genuinely helpful and polite lady (I wish I had caught her name). I would like to give her five stars for her excellent customer service. Unfortunately, due to my poor mobile phone signal, the call was abruptly cut off before we could finish our conversation. This was not her fault, and I regret not being able to reconnect with her.Undeterred, I decided to call customer service again at 09:45 on Thursday, November 9, 2023, and this time, I was connected to a less pleasant representative named Tyron. It felt as though I was speaking to someone in a bad mood, perhaps even my boss or spouse when they're in a foul temper. She seemed uninterested in listening to me and insisted that my address didn't exist. She instructed me to remain quiet and refused to engage in any meaningful conversation, displaying a rude demeanor throughout (I managed to obtain her name, or rather how she prefers to be called by customers: YNDI). Contrary to her claims, my address does exist, and the warehouse is located in a business industrial park area. I kindly request that YNDI, despite not being familiar with the area, pays closer attention instead of continuously repeating, Sir

Should of had a parcel delivered today couldn’t be just left so paid to have it delivered after 12 which I had to pay extra for, got a text to say it will be delivered between 12 and 6 which was fine because I knew I would be home from work by then. I then got another text to say my one hour slot was between 12 and 1 which was still fine but when I got home at 11.45 they had already tried to deliver and left a card. When I phoned told I would get a phone call to arrange delivery for tomorrow but that never happened. If you select a time for delivery that is convenient for you surely they should stick to it especially when they charge for the service.

Yet again these muppets have delivered to wrong address. There is lots of church roads about, all they need to do is look at the area the road is in. Not rocket science. This is a recurring problem. To be blunt, try going to soecsavers.

An absolute disaster their service is. Drivers don't call & I must say they have very good phones to take photos of some locked doors to keep pushing. We have to learn the art of just a poor customer service from this team.

Polly in customer service is rude, obnoxious and arrogant. Actually hung up on me. DPD can't even be bothered to knock on the door or let us know in any way that my groceries are on the door step. All I asked Polly was to ask the drivers to knock on the door instead she was rude and unhelpful. Utterly shocking on all accounts.

Polly in customer service is beyond rude. 0 customer service skills, extremely argumentative and overall arrogant.
