Ease of booking, range of cars, value for money and very good client service at the Shepards Bush branch, especially from Elanor who handled the rental very well.

They will charge you for any and all scratches or dents on your vehicle. Make sure you inspect with a fine-toothed comb before driving off. Warning — they make this impossible to do because your car will be parked in a dark, poorly-lit garage. Renter beware!

30th.April.2023i was rent a car in this store.the clerk was very kind. and he asked me the full coverage insurance the cover any little scratches. so i bought this insurance paying extra money.after the day i returned the car at the parking lot. the staff in the parking lot cannot checked car situation. he said me “everything is okay” so i returned the key and i believed him.but!!!!! after the travel. i got email from sixt damage team. they said that watched the scratch !! i explained that this is not my fault.but!!!!! they impose 500 pound today without any explanation of this situation.i can not understand the result.you guys should explain the result. it’s not my fault.caution!! all the people using this car rental shop!!-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------after 2 week (today 15th June 2023)nobody feedback anything to me.damage team and customer service team are not giving me the feedback.should i pay 500 pound?

They have nice cars and that’s about it. The worst experience I’ve had with a rental company. They’ve taken £830 out my account with no prior warning. Returned the money (14 working days later) as it was a mistake they made not me. My £500 deposit wasn’t returned at all and they blamed the bank I use. Bank showed proof they didn’t receive the money. The most stressful experience I’ve had with any company so far in my years of travel and business. I would never recommend this company to anyone

Horrific experience! Be careful before booking with Sixt in London. They did not accept a confirmed booking and declined the rental on a booking done on their own app.

Great experience renting a car here. Got an Audi A3 with very few miles in great condition. Staff was very accommodating and after hours drop off was simple and easy. Looking forward to coming back.

The car I rented was good, pick-up location convenient and staff were friendly. I am disappointed however to not have been contacted and given the opportunity to pay for a supermarket parking charge myself. Due to this, SIXT covered the payment and added on a £40 administration charge. I am sure this perfectly aligns with the company policy, however it has left a negative impression.

Anna the manager of shepherd’s bush branch is a liar and a complete idiot. When I said I would not hire a smaller car than one I had paid for she insinuated I would steal the mercedes i had booked!!! She then went on to say that the smaller cars they had in their branch had feelings and would get upset so she would not hire me any car because I upset her!!! Did not know inanimate objects had feelings well there you go. She even said she felt in fear of her life because I argued with her. I hired a premium BMW from budget at branch locally they were very professional. I don’t think this branch even had a Mercedes for hire even when booked and paid for well in advance SCAM ARTISTS and imbeciles not deal with!!!!!!!!! I won't ever again

I am very disappointed with there service. I was reading through the other reviews and see that I am experiencing the same. When I returned the car back to them, they didn't check the car at the time with me but then they claim I've damaged the car when on return (which is not true) and then tell me to pay £810 damage cost. This is ridiculous. Please make sure that you take pictures before and after of the vehicle as NO ONE will come with you to inspect the vehicle. And don't be surprised if you get an email a few days later with a hefty damage cost.

Would have got 5 stars but I didn't get the car I booked, a 3 series Touring. Instead I paid extra for a 5 series Touring. Otherwise staff were very patient and helpful and the pick up was seamless. Perhaps they should label clearly the safe into which one drops the keys for an after'hours return as I was jot 100% sure I was leaving the keys in the right place....a good experience. Not the first time j have used Sixt, and won't be the last...if I get what I book for...
