We used Steen for a loft conversion and the professionalism shown from start to finish was second to none.The team were very friendly, professional, kept things tidy and nothing was ever a problem. Any issues that arose were communicated to us straight away.Steven and Ollie visited several times to make sure everything ran smoothly and kept in regular contact.We are delighted with our loft conversion, it has been finished to a very high standard and we can't thank Steen enough. We would highly recommend using them!!

We have recently used Steen Property Developments for the renovation of our family bathroom. The customer service we received was fantastic from design to completion and the work carried out was done to the highest standards. We got exactly the bathroom we wanted within the agreed time frame and budget. We were so impressed with the quality of work that we have already booked Steen to come back to replace our stair bannisters and they will definitely be on the top of our list for any future home improvements.

We recently added some additional space to our property in the form of a garden room. It is built to the same standard as the rest of the property so it can be used all year round which was important for us. Steen Property Developments did a great job from start to finish. In terms of the construction period, we hardly even noticed the guys were there most of the time. We also added in some extras along the way which was discussed and agreed on with minimal fuss. All in all a great job well done. I would fully recommend Steen Property Developments to anyone looking to enhance their living space.

Brilliant company!! Communication from Steve was very good and the building work was carried out within timescales. Fast and efficient, they tidied up after them and the joinery work was of good quality. They are hard working, respectful and conscientious. I cannot recommend Steve, Derek and the guys enough!!

I have found Steen Property Developments through a google search and I was contacted promptly. I was given a competitive price for a garage conversation and an architect wad arranged through them. Following the building warrant from the Council, they started the work. They kept us informed all the time, if there were any delay. The actual garage conversation work is of very high standard, the builders were very professional and well behaved and the best part is you make phase payment based on the work completed. I will highly recommended them.
