Beautiful place. Really worth visiting. Once you park the car there is at least a 10 mins walk on a path which is not very plain. You can also take a ride which is not very costly. It costed us £13 for 4 adults and 4 kids. You can take a free walk or stairs to the top where you can take pictures of the castle, bridge etc from far. When we went the bridge was close due to strong winds.

Good size car park. Reasonable parking rates, especially for Cornwall - £1 per hour. Takes cash and card which is a bonus. Good location for the shops and walking to the castle.

Great place to stay, level parking on grass, like minded people use the car park, lots to see and do, best of all...£8.00 for 24 hrs, public wc across the road, and pasties.

Very large car park with places for motorhomes, campers and coaches to park up. Central to the Town. Pay and display with registration numbers required. I think it was £3 for 2 hours. 30m further along to the Castle on the left is an all day car parking field for £3, but didnt see it until on route to the Castle. Parking ticket Machines in King Arthur seemed to work all fine and correctly on our visit. My only criticism is the spaces marked out can be narrow and witnessed a few people having issues squeezing in to their cars through the doors in modern wider cars. Really busy little town when we went in late August.

A great spot for a motorhome stop over. Perfectly positioned to visit Tintagel castle, village and country walks .Good food available from the many neighbouring pubs and café, a very good local convenience store and public loos nearby (20p) Black waste disposal is also available for an extra charge.

Big car park. Must pay once parked using your vehicle registration and display ticket on dashboard. Closest to the castle via the bridge and the gorgeous Old Post Office with it's crazy roof. NT property. King Arthur's pub on end of car park. Good for food and drinks. Nearest public loo across the road and round the corner from Spar.

Amazing place, truly beautiful and unspoilt. The walks are quite steep, definitely not for those unsteady on their feet, and the walk down and up the hill, you definitely need a deep breath. It's a fantastic place though, steeped in history and beauty wherever you look. It's one of those places that should be on everyone's bucket list for sure.

The car park is near to the Tintagel castle.It is suggested to bring Cold water bottles with you.The car park and the Castle is 0.5 miles away and you will need to climb the road high up.
