Very helpful, friendly staff!! They go above and beyond to help! Very very pleased with the service

Very helpful people. Only a small shop, a chair or rest on for those that need it and will order things in if they don't have it there.

My mum has mobility issues and also has a Stoma. The team here helped her exchange her old scooter for a newer model. We mentioned the problems we have with the hospitals preferred stoma bag delivery people and the guys here took all mum's details and changed our prescription to come to them instead. No issues and was delivered earlier than expected. Rang up after some barrier spray and the guys dropped one off 44 minutes after we called to enquire. They have managed to get me exactly what I need from the GP, who, when I asked my previous provider said no. Support local and keep Canvey growing. My wheelchair needed an mot! They came to my home and serviced my chair, replacing both foot pedals, a brake cable, reinforced one of the fittings on the frame and a complete checkover. The guy was lovely and I could not ask for better service. Highly recommend.
