I call at around 5 pm to ask about some flower, nobody pick up and I get a call back at 2AM !!! Of course that call wake me up, my baby and my wife. What else I can say.....To to call someone at 2 AM ?

Tracey was extremely helpful and brilliant at communication right from the moment I contacted her. She kept me up to date on how the flower order was going up to and after delivery. The flowers arrived exactly as arranged and the recipient was very happy with them. I couldn't have asked for a better, kinder or more attentive service.
