Came into store today 22/9/2023 the gentleman that served me was very professional and friendly. Promoted deals within store, but not in a pushy way. I purchase vaping products online for convenience but this is the only vaping shop I really like going into. 100% recommend this shop.

Went into tidal vape the other day for the first time needing a new vape. The young man working was very helpful took the time to explain the differnt vape available and advised me in the most popular juices available. Great first experience and will definitely be back.

Karla and the other male shop assistant are great, really helpful recommending new flavours and brands to try. Ontop of that they are very warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Great deals too, would recommend!

Had Callum serve me, great knowledge and had the answers to all my questions, even managed to up sale me given I was going to buy a standard pod vape, Argus. But managed to convince me to buy the XSlim pro which I can confirm I’am very happy with. GREAT customer service by him!
