I really should've read the negative reviews before dealing with this company as they are all accurate that the after sales service is very poor. You kind of accept that from large companies as its well known they don't care, but its very disappointing from a small company like this!

I bought a bike from this company who were very helpful, but as soon as they had my money they weren’t interested in helping with a problem that developed. I emailed them asking for information on three separate occasions, but they never provided it and the customer service is appalling!!

Had my Royal Alloy scooter serviced , new tyres and get the steering sorted today . I would just like to say what fantastic service they provided , nothing was to much trouble and the knowledge they all have is great . I wish I had bought my scooter from them and will definitely be be buying the next there . Great service well done
