I recently had Beespotted design my website. I was really happy with the initial design and ideas, including the professional approach.However, after initial designs were carried out, it became very clear that Beespotted did not want any telephone calls with myself to discuss progress, ideas or changes. Everything had to be written down in an email.I was left disappointed because it's a struggle to collaborate or explain ideas when you can't talk to someone.I did have phone calls with Beespotted at the beginning, but it was discouraged moving forward.I really wanted to leave that feedback, but to also say I'm pleased with my website, and hope Beespotted will benefit from my feedback.
