Absolute worst housing associationTo say the housing standards are below par would be an understatement. You wait a ridiculous amount of time for repairs. Which are again sub standard . Don't even think of trying to get in touch with your housing officer in a hurry either.Pity you can't rate zero stars

Poor quality flats. No response when reporting issues.They handed buildings from Lochend Butterfly Way to Touchstone and nothing changed.Selling now for ridiculous price. Home report done within 2mins. Nothing checked.Dont be fooled.

Staff here ought to be disgusted with themselves. House has been needing a new boiler for months. And when it finally breaks down you think it's acceptable to leave us without heating for almost 3 days. Staff are non compliant on the phone asked to make a complaint and was ignored. GET THE FINGERS OUT. and get it sorted

They gave me a new build flat. Saved me from living in terrible psl given by ‘link’ I now have a beautiful flat with all appliances needed including a tumble dryer! I went from living in horrible wester hails to beautiful portobello all thanks to Places For People Scotland❤️

Absolutely disgusting staff . Ignoring everything. They change nice area into ghetto packed with criminals and drug dealers. Public stairs and outside the block dirt, rubbish and mess. They care only about money not helping with anything. Staff in office rude and lazy.

Most helpful site manager Donald. Put so much effort to sort issues in the house in no time and big and small.

These people are despicable. don't believe a word their lying sales team says to you, I was told my flat was soundproofed but it isn't even slightly and I get woken up at 7am every day, sometimes 6:45(which is illegal) by their noisy construction work, even on Sundays. I haven't had a good nights sleep in over a year.They've told me so many conflicting stories on the soundproofing every time I've challenged it.They are also difficult to contact & don't do repairs. They say they will so you leave your spare key with them and don't make other arrangements, but there is no communication between their customer care team, plumbing contractors, sales office & the customer.I haven't had a working shower for 2 weeks and I have no information on where to get the replacement part to do it myself and no time scale of when they're going to get it done. I have regrettably left a spare key in their sales office but I would prefer to be able to plan for someone to be there because I don't trust them even slightly.

I can said Charlotte Murru was helping customers by her full effort. She is patient and professional. She understands needs and worries of us. Great experience to buy a flat through Charlotte who representing place for people.

Great company with great people. They helped me a lot and the accommodation provided is immaculate. There were some technical issues here but they resolved them all without hesitation.

Terrible response time, repairs updates obsolete, constantly chasing them for my repairs to be carried out. Hard to get in touch with. Just awful.
