Had SEP visit on two occasions. Diagnosed and fixed a fault within the hour. Also had radiators flushed. Overall excellent service and good people.

Excellent service I’d recommend to anyone. Always get a polite phone call every year to remind me to service my boiler. Any work done the engineer has always called ahead to let me know arrival time, always takes shoes off at the door and always polite, professional and happy to answer questions. And they always leave the job spotless with no cleaning up to do afterwards. Always confident it’s a fair price for the work carried out. Just great service as it should be. Well done!

The SEP team have done work at my house on 3 occasions : shower pump replacement, and replacement of radiators .It’s so difficult to find people you can have confidence in to do a job properly, but this company certainly lives up to its name of Service Excellence Providers.Polite, efficient, competent and reliable.I can’t praise Michael and his team highly enough and would recommend them without hesitation. I've used this company twice now, once to repair my gas fire and then to service the boiler. I highly recommend them.The lady who takes the call is so friendly, helpful and efficient.Both gas engineers have been the same. I have felt they are totally professional and provide the best service I've come across.I will always use them and can't recommend them enough.

These guys replaced our old boiler, which was really on it's last legs! They also replaced some radiators and upgraded us to hive. The team were all excellent, from getting our first quote to booking an install date in super fast time. The install team were a friendly bunch, they worked really efficiently and left our house spotless. All works have been completed to a high standardand we are very pleased with the finished job. Would not hesitate to recommend this company for your heating needs.
