A true hero, helping us diagnose an issue over a few hours during a stressful, electrics flashing and smoke filled campervan breakdown in a remote part of Lewis on behalf of The AA. Then eventually helping with replacing a battery the same day so we could continue our trip and get a early morning ferry back to mainland the next day. Callan (or possibly Callum - I'm so sorry if I'm wrong, struggling to remember now after a strange day!) is a lovely chap who deserves all the success I'm sure life will bring him.
