Fantastic bouncy castle and service! Hired for two days- brilliant communication and we will definitely be hiring from Starlite again.Also- very last minute and they sorted us right out.Perfect size and the kids loved it!!

Steer clear. I booked an entertainer and a bouncy castle for a 6th birthday party. As the weather was going to be bad I called, 2 days before the party was due, to see if I could change the bouncy castle for something else and was told he knew nothing about my booking. I enquired about this party on 14th July, I then called back and booked it on 15th July ready for 4th September. Upon realising his mistake he told me he doesn't do children's entertainers so there was no way I booked with him. I told him I would forward him my call log if he wished and he replied he would speak to his entertainment team and call me back, I chased him 3 or 4 times over the next 24 hours and was ignored. Absolutely disgusting, a 6 year old girls first ever party almost didn't go ahead as a result of his incompetence. Luckily, I was able to book another entertainer from Lancaster yesterday, ready for today. My friend had an event booked with this company, he will be calling in the morning to cancel. Extremely disappointed with this company.

I’ll start off by saying I Booked a bouncy castle for my sons 2nd birthday at BLACKPOOL BOUNCE. They came round and basically told us they couldn’t be bothered. My kids were upset as were I. (Avoid like the plague )ON TO THE BEST BIT..Searched the web and spotted STARLITE ENTERTAINMENT gave them a call and straight away they was happy to help. Got a superhero castle ready in 0.2 seconds, which can I add was excellent!!nothing was to much trouble for them they both went above and beyond to make my sons birthday special.I cannot thank you enough! STARLITE ENTERTAINMENT will be the only place I’ll use from now on. They won’t let you down!Genuine and honest people, super friendly and funny!! I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much for all your time and effort today. You saved the day. We all really appreciate it.Gemma, Scott and the kids. xxxxxx

Came to our winter wonderland with the ice rink and snow globe. Very professional and friendly from start to finish. Great bunch of guys to work with and would highly recommend. Nothing too much trouble .From theArc equestrian
