Dave is very helpful and honest in delivering his service, thought we are buying new door, after we couldn't lock our door, after watching in you tube how to solve your door lock mechanism. Dave was instantly gave us ideas when we spoke to him and good price as well. Will keep his service in future preferences.

Saturday afternoon and urgently needed a upvc deadlock mechanism for my static. Tried 3 well known retailers in Rhyl with no luck whatsoever so googled “locksmiths in Rhyl”. Found DC Locksmiths and spoke to Dave. Within 10 minutes, I had met him at the retail park, he handed me a brand new deadlock (exactly the same as my old one) and I was on my way back home. Highly recommended. Messaged him on Google chat about a problem I was having with locking my UPCV door, he diagnosed the problem over the chat, quoted and arrived at my home within 20 minutes of contact at around 9pm. Friendly and professional and a reasonable price especially for such a quick response and late in the evening.
